Returns & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every VETRESKA purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us at saltandlightcn@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at saltandlightcn@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

EU Consumer Rights

As a customer in the European Union, you are also entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This right is in addition to our 30-day store policy above.
