At Salt & Light Pet & Co, we are committed to getting your VETRESKA order to you quickly and safely.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over €90 within the Netherlands and select European countries. For orders below €90, a standard shipping rate applies and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, please allow the following delivery times:
- Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- Belgium, Germany, France: 3–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays or sales events.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via the Track Order page on our website.
Lost or Delayed Orders
