These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through www.saltlight.nl, operated by Salt & Light International B.V.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Salt & Light International B.V. offers premium pet accessories focused on lifestyle. All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Disputes are governed by Dutch law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
PRIVACY POLICY
Salt & Light International B.V. processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our premium pet accessories across the Netherlands and the EU. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In the event of a lost or delayed shipment, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within this period. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
