At Salt & Light International B.V., we are committed to delivering your premium pet accessories safely and promptly.
Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €90 within the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders below €90 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 2–4 business days
- EU countries: 5–7 business days
- Outside the EU: Depend on the availability.

Carriers We ship via DPD, PostNL, DHL,GO Fo. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping Costs For order under €90, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The EU countries delivery will varies base on the shipping rate
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@saltandlight.international within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
