RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Salt & Light International B.V., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions.
Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us within this 14-day period at info@saltandlight.international
Return Conditions To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Not have been used in a way that compromises hygiene
Hygiene Policy For health and hygiene reasons, certain pet accessories that have been used, soiled, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item, or to decline the return entirely if the product cannot be resold.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used in a way that compromises hygiene standards cannot be returned or refunded.
